Technical Trainer/Network Consultant August 98 – Present

  • Provide technology consulting services such as Network Operating System upgrades product upgrades including ZENworks and GroupWise, design and security recommendations, for corporations and organizations including hospitals, universities and government departments.
  • Facilitate "brain storming" sessions for IT personnel by providing technical facts and explanations of related concepts  and leading discussions allowing the customer to create their own solutions.
  • Assist customers with the implementation of the above solutions.
  • Ensure that the customer's IT staffs have the necessary knowledge to continue to administer and troubleshoot the network and its new products/upgrades after I have left the site.
